Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We process cancellations within 1-2 business days, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process after we issue the refund. For other payment methods, please allow additional time for the refund to be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, including the date of purchase, order number, and payment method used. We will investigate the matter and keep you updated on our findings.

In rare cases where a refund is not processed correctly, we may need to issue a manual refund. This process may require additional verification steps to ensure the security of your financial information. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
